What you'll be able to do
- Work safely on a building site with the right PPE
- Mix mortar and concrete to the correct ratio and batch
- Lay straight, level and plumb block and brick walls
- Read simple drawings and set out a strip foundation
- Build openings, lintels and a ring beam that carry the load
- Estimate materials and price a job as a fundi
- Earn a certificate for each track, in English or Kiswahili
