1. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to form a contract, or have parental consent. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The service

HyracHub lets you follow learning packs and collections, earn certificates, join organizations (“communities”), and — where a community offers it — ask questions and receive answers over the web app or a messaging line (WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram). Features may change, and some are provided by third parties under their own terms (see section 8).

3. Organizations and community content

Communities publish their own content and operate their own lines. Each community is responsible for its content, its messaging, and its relationship with its members. Hyracbox provides the technology; it does not author, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of a community’s content. If you join a community, its own rules may also apply to you.

4. Messaging lines and community updates

Where a community offers messaging:

• Educational, not professional advice. Answers and updates are general information for education only. They are not legal, immigration, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and create no professional relationship. Confirm important decisions with the relevant authority (for example, a government agency or a licensed professional) before acting.
• Opt-in updates. You receive proactive updates only if you explicitly opt in, and you can stop at any time by sending STOP.
• Third-party platforms. WhatsApp, SMS carriers, and Telegram are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies; your use of them is subject to those.

5. The AI Coach

The Coach uses automated language models. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong; treat them as a starting point, not a final authority, and verify anything important. Do not rely on the Coach for decisions that need a qualified professional.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload harmful or unlawful content; harass or abuse; attempt to breach security or scrape or abuse the service; send bulk, automated, or spam traffic to the messaging lines; or use the service to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content or access to protect users and the service.

7. Payments

Paid packs or subscriptions, where offered, are billed through our payment processor on the terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy shown at purchase and applicable law. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

8. Intellectual property and third-party services

Content on HyracHub belongs to Hyracbox, the communities, or their licensors and is protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use content you are entitled to, for learning; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it except as allowed. You keep rights in what you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service (for example, to store and display your submissions to the relevant community).

HyracHub relies on third parties (messaging platforms, AI providers, payment processors, hosting). We are not responsible for their acts or their services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, Hyracbox is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on educational content or Coach answers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using HyracHub at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature survive (for example, intellectual property and disclaimers) continue.

11. Changes, governing law and contact
